Breathe Air.jpg
Pure Air

Breathing fresh air strengthens the immune system. White blood cells fight and kill pathogens (germs). They need enough oxygen to work and function properly. Fresh air cleans your lungs. When you exhale (breathe out), you release airborne toxins from your body.

Get outside sometime during each day to breathe deeply in the fresh air.

Make sure that there is fresh air circulating in your bedroom at night.
