Sunshine
Sunshine is a known pathogen killer. Plus, sun exposure is an easy way for most people to get Vitamin D that our bodies need to reduce the risk of many diseases. Adequate Vitamin D also helps to modulate the immune system.
Recommendation:
Spend about 30 minutes in the sun each day. Periodically have your blood levels of Vitamin D checked. If low, consider a daily supplement.
